Refund and Return

If RVeaves ships the wrong item, an item damaged by RVeaves or a non-functioning item, contact us within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item and we will send you an RMA and will take full responsibility over return shipping costs. We will reimburse your card when the item is returned to us. No restocking fee will be charged to your card in these instances.

If you receive the item and decide that you do not want the item, you must so notify us in writing within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. You must also arrange for the item to be returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery and you will then be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Certain products, such as custom ordered configurations, may not be eligible for returns (see product page for details). Returned products must be in like-new, re-saleable condition. Installed parts may not be eligible for returns.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your product or order, please contact Customer Service.

Note that RVeaves reserves the right to change these policies at any time.

 RVeaves provide 1 Year warranty, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover Damage caused by accident, or personal reason for damage. 

In warranty, we can offer parts for you to replace. Please kindly send us the defect parts picture and your order No. Contact us via mail service@rveaves.com

For personal reason of damage, we also would like help you to solve the problem. Please kindly advise us the damage reason, send us the defect parts picture and your order No. Contact us via mail service@rveaves.com
