Refund and Return
For the US Domestic Market:
Order processing occurs Monday through Friday.
All awnings or accessories will be confirmed and shipped within 2 business days.
Standard shipping time is typically 3-6 days.
For the Rest of the World (ROW):
Please contact us via email at service@rveaves.com and provide your address.
We will then provide you with the exact shipping price and details.
General Contact Information:
If you do not receive a response from our customer service team within 24 hours, please check your email's spam/junk folder. Our emails may have been incorrectly filtered by your mail server/provider.
For temporary addresses (e.g., RV parks), please specify if a signature is required upon delivery to prevent loss.
Ensure your address is complete and accurate. Otherwise, packages shipped to you may be returned to us, or we may disregard your request to avoid unnecessary complications.

Return Window: 30 Days
We accept returns within 30 days of the item's delivery date to the shipping address for the following reasons:
Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Item:
If RVeaves shipped the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or is unusable, contact us within ten (10) days of receipt.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and cover all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
No charges will apply to you in this case.
Ordered Wrong Size:
Contact us via service@rveaves.com to request a return. State the reason and include pictures of the packaging of the item(s) you received.
Our after-sales department will respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you the return shipping address.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Upon receipt, our warehouse will inspect the return within 2 business days.
If the item is confirmed to be in good condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued after the package is returned to our warehouse. For returns due to customer error (non-product defect), relevant return fees will be charged. These fees are required by the warehouse and carrier, not imposed by us.
No Reason Return:
For returns not due to product quality, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the item, ensuring the original packaging is intact and the item is unused.
You must also arrange to ship the item back to us within thirty (30) days of delivery (ship date is the reference).
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, in original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items must be in near-new, resalable condition.
For warranty claims not due to product defects, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For warranty claims not due to product defects, we will only refund the product cost.
Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Refund requests under the 30-day return policy must be made within 30 days of initiating the claim. Returns for issues beyond the warranty period and unrelated to quality will not be accepted.

First, contact our service team at service@rveaves.com to confirm the size/model you wish to exchange for.
Upon receiving permission, return your existing item as instructed.
Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, indicating whether your refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Canceling Unshipped Orders:
To cancel an order that has not shipped, contact us via service@rveaves.com.
Please provide your order number to expedite processing. Thank you!
Canceling Shipped Orders:
If you cancel an order after it has shipped or is en route, contact us and refuse the package upon delivery, as we cannot recall it.
We will issue a refund minus shipping and storage fees after the package is returned to our warehouse.
For cancellations due to customer reasons (non-product defect), relevant return fees will be charged. These fees are required by the warehouse and carrier, not imposed by us.
