Can my awning be replaced or upgraded to a RVeaves electric awning?

Yes,RVeaves products can replace or upgrade Lippert's Solera®, Carefree™, and Dometic®, brand awnings, it can save your time, money and pressure.

Can I customize Awning fabric colors?

Yes,we can make it according to your requirements, but we only make for Business Customer, and there is a minimum order quantity requirement. For more information, please send email to us: sales@rveaves.com

What should I do if I have installation trouble?

How do I place an order?

Currently my online ordering is only available in the US and Canada. Other countries' order needs to contact our sales team: sales@rveaves.com, please let us know your request, we will get back to you as soon as possible.


If it is a business customer, how do we place an order?

For the business customer, please send message on website, or contact our sales team: sales@rveaves.com directly to get more details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online orders.  


What happens after I place my order?

If you pay to complete the order, RVeaves will process the order and you will receive confirmation along with an invoice for the product you've purchased. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order.

What should I do if I buy the wrong awning size?

First of all you need to contact our team: service@rveaves.com with the correct size and we will arrange a specific replacement plan. Maximum cost savings will be considered first for both sides. For example: If you buy a 12ft awning, but you want to replace it with a 15ft awning, we suggest you keep the Arm set and arrange to return roller and fabric to our warehouse. We will send you a new roller and fabric, which can save the return and replacement freight.

How much is the shipping cost?

RVeaves provides absolutely free shipping for orders over $100 to any destination within the Contiguous United States. 
If you have any special requirements, please email us: service@rveaves.com, we can ship from China directly by FEDEX express, you may receive it around 5-7 days. 

How can I track my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, simply log into your account that you registered priorly or during the checkout process to see the most current status of your order. If you placed an order as a guest, without an account, you will not be able to see any information about your order. No need to worry, we will provide tracking information via email for all shipments within 24 hours of shipment.

What happens if my product is damaged during shipment?

We apologize if there is any. Please note that it is your responsibility to inspect the shipment and shipping containers for damage on all merchandise received and note damage on the delivery receipt. We will collect the damaged product and send you another at no charge to you. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

How about advantages of the awning?

Unique design structure,besides Lippert, Carefree, Dometic, we are the fourth company who has got a US invention patent for power awning. Our awning is beautiful, stronger and cost-effective compared with others'.

If the motor loses power, how do I retract the awning?

Please remove the six screws at the back of the motor head cover. then Using a 7/16'' socket and cordless or electric drill or screw gun , spin the manual override nut counterclockwise to retract the awning.
